Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fight Club, Knockout, and Ringside (together, the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you disagree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share your password. Keep your Knockout vault password and CLI credentials secret. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may refuse service at our discretion.

4. Content

You keep ownership of prompts you submit and content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., forwarding to an LLM provider, storing transcripts, billing). We don't sell your content and don't use it to train models.

LLM outputs are generated by third-party models. We don't warrant accuracy and you use outputs at your own risk. Don't rely on the Service for medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Payment

Stripe processes all payments. Charges will appear on your card statement as FIGHTCLUB or RINGSIDE.

All wallet credits are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or due to a verifiable billing error on our part. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions are charged on a rolling 30-day basis and renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued. You may cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription.

Auto-topup charges are pre-authorised when you enable the feature and may occur without additional card authentication when your balance falls below your configured threshold. Auto-topup will not trigger more than once per 5-minute window per account.

5a. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, you agree to contact us first at hello@fightclub.pro and allow us 5 business days to investigate and resolve the issue. We can typically resolve billing concerns faster than the chargeback process, and this step helps us keep the service running fairly for all users.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Third-party services

When you bring your own LLM provider key (BYOK), your agreement with that provider also applies. When you use our platform pool, we bill at a markup; the pricing is published on the product page and may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate for breach of these terms, or with 30 days' notice for business reasons. On termination your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of LLM outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Liability

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the greater of (a) EUR 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law; disputes will be resolved by the courts of Dublin, Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
